Transcedental Hierarchy vs Material Hierarchy

Transcedental Hierarchy vs Material Hierarchy

In the transcendental realms of Vaikunta and Goloka, everything is chinmaya and full of spiritual potencies. The body of Sri Krishna who is considered as supreme object of everyone's attention in spiritual world has body parts such that each body part can do the function of other body part if need arises but still there is variegatedness. Hierarchies and control happen through love rather than impositional stands. Supreme Lord also takes the lower position than his own devotees by becoming their son, servant , small brother, nephew and offer them respect accordingly.

Hierarchies in material realm however are quite different in nature than the spiritual hierarchies. In the material realm, everyone wants to be the separate enjoyer and the controller and wants to use everyone else as a resource for his personal agendas. Therefore, when a materialistic person takes the role of a leader, he tries to manipulate his juniors to fulfill his personal agendas without even bothering about the needs and concerns of his juniors. Similarly, those who are at junior level feel the inferiority and feel themselves helplessly dependent on the actions of their senior without realizing the interdependent nature of the work. Sometimes, juniors may also feel being unwanted and being abused and exploited by the seniors. Seniors may sometimes feel the uncooperative attitude of the juniors in their work and feel angry with their whimsical acts which is harming the organization. All such things keep happening in the material hierarchial systems.

However, spiritual hierarchies are quite different. Whether one is senior or one is junior, everyone is fixed in the conception that Krishna is the enjoyer of their activities and they are being enjoyed. So there is complete cooperation among all members in the hierarchy as there are no personal separatist agendas involved in any interaction, rather everyone's personal agenda is only to please Krishna because everyone identifies themselves as lovers of Krishna as their first identity and anything else like Friend, boy, girl, occupational identities like cowherd boy, businessman etc as the identity built upon the identity as lover of Krishna.
